Jake is the Founder of The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC), a firm that specialises in social impact advisory through its offices in London, New York and Dubai. He has over ten years’ experience working in the charity and social enterprise sector as an organisational development expert. He has led projects for clients ranging from water projects in Malawi, community centres in inner London, to peace building in the Middle East.
A social entrepreneur himself, Jake founded education enterprise Future First which has been taken to scale internationally with a revolutionary approach to turning schools into communities. Jake has worked with some of the world’s largest non-profits and funders, and has written for the Financial Times, Guardian, Huffington Post and Fast Company. In 2010 Jake was awarded the Ariane de Rothschild Social Enterprise Fellowship at Columbia Business School in New York and in 2013 was named as a Future 50 Entrepreneur. Jake is an Advisor to the Finance and Social Investment Committee of the £100m Lankelly Chase Foundation.
